PROBLEM all round service, dont return calls, have no stock
HEADLINE Dont every take a contract out with Virgin Mobile!
THE INCIDENT

I have had enough of the shocking service, it started 3 weeks ago, when my unlimited sms bundle 'disappeared' and was billed for my smses, having spoken to the call center i was told it would take 24hr to 3 working days, that was 2 weeks ago, i finally got my airtime back, but have been told that due to the fact i havent upgraded yet i have lost my smses and that i must upgrade and they will give me the 1000 sms bundle fair enough, if they had any stock of the fones they have in the flyer, i wanted a certain fone which they said they have no stock off, after i asked the guy to fone tygervalley to see if they had stock which they did, and would send it to the branch, awesome right? nope, the next day i got a call saying it would be in the evening, when arriving at the store i was told it wasnt there and had been sold at tygervalley with no stock left, so i promised the guy would call me the next day to sort it out, he didnt, i had to go in again and still no fone, promised again to call me first thing in the morning, which he hasnt, i had to go in for a 4th time this week, with more bad service tonite and told i must wait and see what they can do, i am really close to cancelling.
